I don't really use the product on a daily basis but it is great to have the peace of mind that if someone does steal my car that I would be able to track, locate and recover it within minutes rather than days later in pieces.
At first I was concerned about the reliability and the power of the software but once I started using it, I realized how easy and powerful of a software it is. It really works. My wife and I have tested it a few times and it really does work.
